| It's time to replace our 11 year old bus It has been a great vehicle and greatly assists in the church's ministry. But we need a new one. Donations should be placed in the pew in the envelope marked "new bus." It would be a real blessing if the new bus could be funded and ordered by the end of September. | |||||

Calvary’s next intern Paul Moody will be arriving the last week of August with his best friend and wife Katie and their two Springer Spaniels Jude Jackson and Rosemary May. Intern Paul grew up near Columbus Ohio and is coming to us from the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago (LSTC) You can friend Paul on facebook or follow him on twitter. |

| New Worship Service Beginning Sunday, September 19 |

| Beginning September 19 we will be holding a weekly worship service in the Family Life Center following the Sunday school hour. Led by our youth band the service will use songs we sing at camp and youth gatherings as well as songs written by Pastor Phil including a new communion liturgy. The pastor who teaches at 9:30 will preside and preach at the 10:30 service. While the service will be youth oriented it is open to all. Please keep the planning and song writing for this service in your prayers. | |||||
