CLC Sanctuary Renovation Committee

This Committee, approved by congregational vote in the Annual Congregation Meeting in January, has met three times. In its last meeting on May 7 the Committee met a second time with the Rev. Bill Bentzinger, AIA, a Church Building Consultant with the Mission Investment Fund of the ELCA. The services provided by Rev. Bentzinger are at no cost to our congregation.

Rev. Bentzinger has previously reviewed with the Committee the church building program process and had suggestions for the Committee’s work based on the experiences of the Mission Investment Fund’s involvement in building programs of congregations in the Lutheran Church. The Committee provided a priority of renovation options to Rev. Bentzinger and he will come back with various renditions of sanctuary and facilities renovations.

Members of the Committee are Phil Burton, David Larsen, Rick Miller, Rex Norris, Roy Reichenbach, Tammy Trudelle, and “Van” Van Westen.
