CLC Sanctuary Renovation Committee

The Committee met on August 27 with Rev. Bill Bentzinger, Church Building Consultant, who presented revised schematics for improvements and renovations of Calvary Lutheran’s facilities. Included in the project’s scope are sanctuary renovation, gathering space expansion, new classrooms and administration offices, new nursery location, youth meeting area expansion, and expansion of the parking lot.

After review and discussion, with minor changes recommended, the Committee requested that Rev. Bentzinger prepare a final revision. Upon receipt of the revision, the Church Council will be presented the schematics for their review, and then various standing committees of the congregation will be contacted for their input.

It is the Committee’s goal to present a proposal to the congregation at the annual meeting in January, 2008.

Members of the Committee are Phil Burton, David Larsen, Rick Miller, Rex Norris, Roy Reichenbach, Tammy Trudelle, and “Van” Van Westen.
