(PSALM 142)

“CALLING ON GOD "
Scripture: PSALM 142
Have you ever been burdened and needed someone to call on? Someone who cared enough for you to tell all your troubles to? Someone who would understand whatever you were going through?
Calling on God, to be sure, is such a privilege. And when we cry unto the Lord with our supplications, we should not take His goodness for granted. Calling on God to get what we want, but forsaking a genuine fellowship and communion with Him otherwise, amounts to nothing more than an unsuccessful attempt to mock God. Realizing this, we open our hearts and minds and souls to seek His Word and His will and what He wants us to do.
Today and everyday we can call on God and experience His deliverance and know that He is ever faithful, bringing us through every experience victoriously.
Prayer:
I cried unto the Lord with my voice; with my voice
Unto the Lord did I make my supplication.
