5th Annual Calvary’s Men’s Group West Texas Holiday Dove Hunt 2010
(non-hunters encouraged to attend)
September 10 -12
Sign up now by emailing Mark Etheredge at etheredgemark@att.net or Jerry Court at jc.court@gmail.com. The first 25 slots for hunters are reserved for Calvary members until mid-August. After that, friends and guests may reserve a hunting slot.

There are unlimited slots available for non-hunters. If you are not a hunter, you should still consider attending the dove hunt and participating in the camaraderie of the Men’s Group, as well as taking in the opportunity to play cards and dominoes, pitch horseshoes, and enjoy the countryside.

The cost this year will be $30.00 for each person, (whether they hunt or not). This is for the 4 meals that will be served for the weekend. When you sign up you will be assigned to a cooking team for one of the meals. Please go to etheredge.org/dovehunt.html for more information.

The Men's Group tentative agenda for the rest of the 2009 year is as follows:

• July and August--No chicken Ministry Cooking
• September 11th thru the 13th--The West Texas Dove Hunt
• September 20th--Chicken Ministry Sunday
• October 17th--Fall Festival and we usually help cook for the festival.
• November 21st and 22nd-- Smoking Turkeys (always the Sunday before Thanksgiving). We start at 6:00 pm on Saturday and stay all night with the turkeys.
